The MR-1 is a light drilling unit which allows operation on very slope areas.

The structural frame with its wide base is characterized by three supports that adapt the unit to the roughness of the ground. The MR-1 can be equipped with a pneumatic rotary head mod (EP 95 for DTH hammer use) or with a separate percussion and rotation rock drill up to 58 kg.

Like all Marini units, the MR – 1 can be customized in relation to different needs.

The MR-2 PN is a pneumatic drilling unit able to operate on steep surfaces.

Its tubular structure with a wide base with 3 special folding supports allows the unit to adjust itself to the uneven ground while moving. The possibility to rotate the supports of 90°allows an easy lateral translation.

The MR-2 PN can be equipped with a pneumatic rotating head (for using 2” or 3” down-the-hole hammer) or with a roto percussion pneumatic/hydro-pneumatic rock drill up to 58 Kg. The pneumatic feed of the trolley is moved by pneumatic piston motor. Like all Marini units, the MR-2 PN can be customized in relation to different needs.

The MR-5 PN is a pneumatic drilling unit for using 2″ or 3″ down-the-hole hammer or a roto percussion pneumatic rock drill up to 58 Kg.

A light, cradle-shaped, tubular structure provided with wheels makes its positioning extremely practical. The pneumatic feed is powered by a piston motor supplying a tractive force of 950 daN. A light, trailer-mounted, tubular structure of small dimensions allows it to be brought inside buildings.

Like all Marini units, the MR-5 PN ca be customized in relation to different needs.

The MR-2 ID is a hydraulic drilling unit able to operate on steep surfaces.

Its tubular structure with a wide base and 3 special folding supports allows the unit to adjust itself to the uneven ground while moving. The possibility to rotate the supports 90°allows an easy lateral translation. The MR-2 ID can be equipped with a hydraulic rotating head for using a DTH hammer or with a roto percussion hydro-pneumatic rock drill up to 75 Kg. The hydraulic feed of the trolley is moved by a hydraulic cylinder.

Like all Marini units, the MR – 2 ID can be customized in relation to different needs.

The MR-3 is the ideal machine to explore the subsoil and carry out core boring on different grounds consistences in any drilling direction.

It allows assessing the material characteristics (color, structure, presence of cracks and defects). The MR-3 consists of a tubular structure moving on a trolley with hydraulic control unit, which is powered by an internal combustion engine, diesel or an electric motor.

Like all Marini units, the MR-3 can be customized in relation to different needs.

The MR-4 is a hydraulic drilling unit which allows you to make large size holes (up to 255 mm).

It’s light, strong tubular structure allows it to be positioned and used on slopes and working places with difficult access. 4 stabilizers improve the stability of the machine.

The unit is run by means of a hydraulic power pack (powered by an electric, diesel or petrol motor) which can be easily removed from the tubular structure. The unit can be equipped with a rotary head mod (ID 300) and also with s separate roto percussion rock drill up to 58 kg. Like all Marini units, the MR-4 can be customized in relation to the different needs.

MR-5 ID is a hydraulic drilling unit for using a 2″ or 3″ down-the-hole hammer, or rock drill weighing 58 kg with separate right and left rotation, provided with a hydraulic power pack operated by an electric, diesel or petrol motor.

A light, cradle-shaped, tubular structure provided with wheels makes positioning extremely practical. Suitable stabilizers improve the stability of the machine. The slide, which mounts the hydraulic cylinder trolley, provides a tractive force of 1500 daN, is equipped with a turntable for 360° rotation.

Through a practical and quick transformation, the unit can be provided with a fast rotating head for core drilling o 50 mm diameter. Like all Marini units, the MR-5 ID can be customized in relation to the different needs.

The Marini MR–P 350 “Mini” drill is a track mounted, radio remote control drill rig with 25,000 LBFT of Torque and the capability to operate in tight access locations with as little as 13’ of operating height and achieve 48” diameter drilling to depths of over 50’.

The innovative hydraulic and electronic systems developed by Marini, have increased safety, performance, reliability and facility of use thanks to the new remote control with integrated display. Mainly suitable to work in LHR (Low Head Room) conditions thanks to the telescopic mast system that allows flexible positioning options and to the hydraulic power pack unit which can be separated up to a distance of 30m in areas without air circulation.
